Mawra is a Norwegian evening wear couture brand founded in 2018 by Mawra Mahmood. The brand designs and makes evening wear, tailored to the needs of each individual customer. Mawra is ravishing, sleek and elegant.
How do we create a logo that is modern and classic at the same time? Our solution was a play on the Arabic alphabet. The Arabic letter 'M' is an element that is very distinguished, elegant and at once, timeless. From the font Monastic we have chosen letter 'A' that created an element of the logo that is modern and contemporary. It also fits well with the world of high fashion.
